Tap a name at the door and every arrival, pickup, and hour in care is recorded with a timestamp. Mount a tablet by the door and parents check their own child in on a big friendly grid. Late pickups are billed by your rules, grace period included. Missed a tap? Type the time in, and you confirm any late fee before it is billed.
